Sumsoar group held the 2018 annual work summary and commendation conference
On February 23, 2019, Sumsoar group organized and held the 2018 annual work summary and commendation conference in the conference room on the seventh floor. The conference was presided over by Xinping Bao, party branch secretary and chairman's assistant of Sumsoar group. All employees of Sumsoar group and its subsidiaries attended the conference.
The meeting began, all the participants song magnificent corporate song with high morale.
Based on the actual position, leaders of all companies and directly affiliated departments summarized and reported the important work contents of 2018, faced up to the deficiencies, and made a reasonable work plan for 2019.
At the meeting, Sumsoar group vice chairman Liqin He, board members Fang Fu, Jianbo Han, Wanwan Zheng, Xiangfei Yang and other senior executives, respectively informed some decisions about Sumsoar group on the 2019 work goal, organizational structure, personnel adjustment, position appointment and removal, advanced recognition.
The meeting commended the advanced teams and individuals with outstanding work performance in 2018, and encouraged all employees to strive and forge ahead based on their own duties.
In order to further give play to the leading role of advanced models, the 2018 advanced representatives shared their management experience and work experience, and help the group's talent cultivation and team building.
Liqin He, vice chairman of Sumsoar group, reviewed the development process from individual entrepreneurship to the company, thanked every employee of the group for his hard work,and hoped all levels of management to strengthen communication and coordination, all staff to improve performance, to create extraordinary business group in 2019.
At the end of the meeting, Wenjun Wang, chairman of Sumsoar group, comprehensively reviewed the operation and management of the group in 2018, summarized the main characteristics of the company in terms of business development, application of science and technology, operation management and corporate image, and analyzed the main existing problems of the company.
Wenjun Wang said that all employees should establish three development concepts of "seek improvement in stability, science and technology leading, safe and controllable", and focus on the four aspects of "business development, application of science and technology, talent training and management standards", so as to jointly promote the continuous development of various undertakings of the group.
